What an Amazing day

Saturday July 18th was an AMAZING day :) I will always remember that day because it was the day I received my endowments! Lance and I went to the Vernal Utah Temple and it was an AMAZING experience!

I can't believe it has already been a year since I was baptized. Wow, time flies! :] It was pretty special getting my endowments in the Vernal Temple because Lance received his endowments their too. Next, Lance and I are planning to get sealed which will be another special moment in our lives as well as another AMAZING day! :)

Our Anniversary

Lance and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary! I can't believe how fast time flies when you are having fun! :) We have actually been together for 7 years :]

It has been kinda a *Rough* week with Rynn being sick that we didn't get to follow through with our beginning plans! For our anniversary we thought we would load the kids in the car and take a drive. I love driving on dirt roads seeing if we find anything cool while also enjoying the scenery... so we decided we would drive up through Mckennon and that area because I have never actually been through there! We were driving down the road when we saw tons of cows and bulls. We got so close to this one bull I took a picture of it and it scared me because I thought it was going to charge through our vehicle! (But I think he was just sneezing lol) :]

We also took to drive up to Spirit Lake and take some pictures! It was *VERY* beautiful up there I would love to take our next camping trip up there! Another idea I had while we were up there was to take our family pictures up there.

So even though *Our Anniversary* didn't go as planned we still had a wonderful day! I am just blessed to have WONDERFUL husband and kids and truly I couldn't ask for anything more!

Independence Day

Happy 4th of July!! We woke up today feeling fairly lazy! I had planned to do a BBQ tonight with the family but some of the family was off camping and Lance had to work so I thought maybe Bobette and I (and of course the kids) would just go out and grab a bite to eat! After I picked up Bobette and went and got some sprinklers and other kid-friendly fireworks Vicki had called and said they were back.. so we decided to pick up smiths chicken, macaroni salad, potato salad, rolls, tater babies, coleslaw and for dessert cake and ice cream! It was amazingly AWESOME! It really did the hit the spot even though it wasn't home made!

After dinner I let Gabe play with the poppers and the snake things! It was pretty fun to watch! Rynn really wanted to play with the snakes after they turned to ash and of course she got filthy but that's okay :)

When it started to get dark we grabbed blankets and met Lance at the baseball field where we watched the fireworks! I have to say they were better this year because instead of them lasting 4 minutes.. they lasted 11 minutes lol! My kids loved them! After they were over we returned home where I let them play with the sparklers... they thought the sparklers were the coolest thing ever!! Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! :)

The Move

Well we finally did it! We had been discussing for a long time that we thought we would buy a 5th Wheel and move into it for a year to two! Well I hated that idea.. I honestly thought with two kids and our living habits that wasn't going to work! So instead we bought a $4000 trailer and will move into that until we decide what we want to do! We are saving so much money by going this route that we have no regrets! The trailer we bought was FOR SURE a fixer upper it had to have all new flooring put in, walls repaired and painted, new trim and crown throughout the house and whatnot! Before the winter we want to have all the windows replaced and sometime down the road get it vinyl sided! After we did some remodeling we have made this into a comfortable, livable home. And call me crazy this home actually feels more home-like than our last home! We have a really good feeling about this and we think we have made an awesome decision! I will post the before and after pictures once we get settled in a little more!!
